I tend to believe most people in small towns all across this nation have the belief that government corruption, insider deal making, a good old boys network, self enrichment by elected officials, and a disdain for the governed only happens in big cities. It doesn’t. One needs to only look in their own backyard to find the weakness in human behavior everywhere.

The Enterprise Patriot Pamphleteer (EPP) will put those beliefs to the test. Our mission is to hold public officials and employees accountable to the taxpayers for their actions. Truth and light are not buzzwords for us.

OUR BELIEFS IN GOVERNMENT

The first and foremost obligation and responsibility of government is to protect the rights, liberties, and freedom of the citizens in this republic.

The next responsibility of the government is to provide essential and necessary services as provided by law to the citizens.

Elected officials and public employees tend to forget or intentionally ignore the fact that all money they are stewards over are sacred funds. All revenues are exhumed from the labor and sweat of the citizens and should be treated with the same respect and reverence as tithes and offerings.

The frivolous spending of taxpayer funds is a slap in the face to all citizens.

FREEDOM OF THE PRESS

Any and all persons seeking public office should be and will be investigated, vetted, and if necessary, exposed by the press for their inappropriate behavior. Truth and light will be sought and will shine on any darkness found.
